EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Bachelor of Economics or Business Management or
Accounting and Finance and previous internships relevant experience will be an advantage.
(Eligible for WIL)

GENERAL INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION
The candidate will be responsible for installing standard software, setting up PCs, laptops,
network configuration, handling of backups and troubleshooting. Candidate must have the
ability to support the development and implementation of the programme's Monitoring &
Evaluation system, based on the GIZ standard tool. Providing administrative support services
for the project's back office not limited to processing of contracts, vouchers, invoices and filing
systems.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate must have a good communication skills (spoken and written English),
and have a very good organising and administrative skills. Result- oriented work attitude, high
level of initiative and ability to work independently with a very good knowledge on standard
application such as MS Office and Desktop Publishing applications. Good knowledge on ICT
networks and maintenance of hard and software for workstations/laptops and servers.
