EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
3rd & 4th year Bachelor of Human Resources Management
Diploma is an added advantage (Eligible for WIL)

GENERAL INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with departmental filing and documentation,
administer payroll processes, manage industrial relations, recruitment and selection and perform any other
related tasks.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate must have good communication skills (spoken and written English), problem-solving
skills, be technologically oriented with the ability to work independently ; display teamwork, able to plan and
organise, maintain high standard of confidentiality, trustworthy and helpfulness, good time management,
friendly and presentable, good interpersonal skills and customer satisfaction.
