EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
3rd & 4th year Bachelor of Human Resources Management
(Eligible for WIL)

GENERAL INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating candidate interviews, assist to draft and email
out offer and regret letters as well as proof read HR documents. In addition, the candidate will also assist in
enforcing the company’s performance management system, verification of attendance registers and
submission of leave days. Moreover the candidate will attend meetings with departments and refer issues to
senior HR personnel, conduct induction to new staff members, assist with monthly payroll and perform any
other related tasks.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate must have good communication skills, problem‐solving skills, be technologically
oriented with the ability to work independently; display teamwork, able to plan and organise, maintain high
standard of confidentiality, trustworthy and hardworking, good time management, self‐motivated and
presentable, good interpersonal skills and customer satisfaction. The candidate must also be willing to learn.
