Degree or Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a Full‐Time job and the successful candidate will be responsible for tele sale, booking,
customer service and other administration duties.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
To be successful, the applicant must have good communication skills, Integrity‐ Moral, honest
business decisions and behaviour, which is in line with the culture of the organisation. Maintain
social, ethical and organizational norms, firmly adhering to codes of conduct. Ability to handle
pressure. Plans and carries out activities in an orderly and well‐structured way. Is detail‐oriented,
accepts responsibility, takes initiative and can work independently.
