GENERAL INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION 

The successful candidate will be a functional support in guiding the programme location and alignment the mission, value and core business of SOS. The candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments and arranging meetings, preparation of correspondences and record-keeping at national level. The candidate will also be assigned to tasks not limited to preparing and deliver board meeting packs, maintaining database for different functions within the National Association and lastly to lead the role of project secretary at annual review meetings. 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS 

The candidate must have good communication skills (spoken and written English), problem-solving skills, planning and organising skills, work effectively in a team and be technologically oriented, be willing to learn and self-managed as well as initiative and have the goal of the enterprise in mind.
