EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

3rd & 4th year Bachelor of Information Technology

(Systems Administration and Networks)

(Eligible for WIL)

 

GENERAL INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to queries, provide first line support and perform any other related tasks as requested by management.

 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate should have good communication skills (spoken and written English), problem‐solving skills, be technologically oriented with the ability to work independently; display teamwork, maintain high standard of confidentiality, trustworthy and helpfulness, good time management, friendly and presentable, good interpersonal skills and customer satisfaction.
