3rd & 4th year Bachelor of Criminal Justice
(Eligible for WIL)

The successful candidate will be responsible for basic legal research; monitoring the legislative
landscape for changes in legislation that has an impact on the Authority; adjudication of Consumer
Complaints and licensee disputes; administrative support; meeting administration; and record
management and perform any other related tasks.

The successful candidate must have good communication skills (spoken and written English),
problem-solving skills, be technologically oriented with the ability to work independently; have basic
skills and understanding of the legal field, maintain high standard of confidentiality, trustworthy and
helpfulness, friendly and presentable, good interpersonal skills and customer satisfaction. The
candidate must ideally be available on Monday to Friday, between 08h00 – 17h00.
