3rd & 4th year Bachelor of Accounting and Finance or Economics
(Eligible for WIL)

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with filing and the administrative functions of the
Finance Department. The candidate will also be responsible amoung other duties for reviews and analyses the
Trial Balance by tracing allocations to the General Ledger according to the approved budget and finance
policies; reviews and submits the variance report in order to investigate and report on variances between the
budget vs actual spending; ensures correct account allocation of all purchase requisitions in order to verify
budget spending; ensures monthly completeness of the Trial Balance; and perform any other related tasks.

The successful candidate must have good communication skills (spoken and written English), problem-solving
skills, be technologically oriented with the ability to work independently; pay attention to detail; maintain high
standard of confidentiality, trustworthy and helpfulness, good interpersonal skills and customer satisfaction.
The candidate must ideally be available on Monday to Friday, between 08h00 – 17h00.
