The successful candidate will assist with a wide variety of administrative, operational, technical assignments, and receive on the job exposure to USAID funded projects. The student will gain insights into operations through providing extensive administrative and logistical support to the Finance and Operations Manager. The student will operate the central telephone system, Manage and reconcile office supplies, Operate office machines through scanning, sending and receiving faxes, Arrange ground transportation services and make hotel reservations for staff and guests. Perform physical and electronic filing of documents.

The successful candidate should have good communication; teamwork; problem solving; self-management as well as planning and organising skills.
