Educational Requirements

• 3rd Year Bachelor of Communication; 3rd year Bachelor of Journalism and Media Technology; 3rd year Bachelor of Marketing
• NUST WIL eligible students only

General WIL/Internship Description
The successful candidates will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with journalists and media outlets to secure positive coverage and manage the organization’s public image. Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage communication during crises, safeguarding the organization’s reputation. Plan and execute press conferences, media events, and other public relations activities to enhance visibility and engagement. Write and edit articles, news stories, and features, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and engagement for the target audience. Conduct in-depth research and interviews to produce thorough and well-researched reports or stories that provide valuable insights to the public.

Other Requirements
The successful candidate should have good communications and writing skills, able to understand the media landscape. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools and platforms.
