Educational Requirements

• 3rd Year Bachelor of Human Resources Management, Bachelor of Marketing, Bachelor of Communication.
• NUST WIL eligible students only

General WIL/Internship Description
A successful HR candidate will be responsible for the intern will assist in the Human Capital Department for the effective and efficient administration of the human resources of the NIP Ltd. The successful Marketing intern will be responsible for dealing with artwork creation for various NIP materials, both internal and external purposes using InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe, and related design software programmers and tools.

Other Requirements
The successful candidate should have Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, R, Python, SQL), Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Presentation skills, Ability to work independently and as part of, a team, Attention to detail and accuracy, Knowledge of healthcare operations is a plus Personality traits: Assertive, emotionally mature, able to work under pressure and independently, flexible, meticulous, able to maintain confidentiality, helpful, resourceful, integrity, initiative, tactful.
