Educational Requirements
• 3rd Year Bachelor of Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences
• 3rd Year Bachelor of Science (Chemistry)
• Master in Business Administration (Student)

General WIL/Internship Description
The intern will be required to assist the Namibia Network of the Cosmetics Industry (NANCi) with the compilation of templates for the Good Manufacturing Practices thematic areas such as: personnel, company and premises, equipment, starting and packaging materials, production, end products, quality control laboratory, treatment of products not in accordance with specifications, waste, subcontracting, deviations, complaints and recall, change control internal audit and documentation.

Other Requirements
The intern should possess the following skills: communication, team work, problem-solving, planning and organising. In addition, the candidate should be open to learning, be able to self-manage, be computer literate and have interest in enhancing the health and beauty sector in Namibia.
