Educational Requirements
• Bachelor of Human Resources Management
• NUST graduates only

General WIL/Internship Description
Must have an understanding of Work Integrated Learning work readiness and the Employability Improvement Programme. Interested to be trained as a Trainer in the Employability Improvement Programme and have a desire to specialise in training and development. Eager to learn a new concept and apply them practically in a simulation.

Other Requirements
The successful candidate should possess the following skills: Good communication skills, teamwork, creativity, problem-solving, flexibility and ability to relate to students.
