Position: ICT Services Interns
Educational Requirements
• 3rd or 4th year Bachelor of Computing and Informatics/ Systems Administration
• NUST students only
General WIL/Internship Description
• Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems and help develop solutions.
• Maintenance of ICT equipment issued to Ongwediva Town Council staff members
• Maintaining and troubleshooting issues with software and hardware
• Provide backup technical support for network including router, firewall, and wireless access point
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned
• Preferably students that reside in Ongwediva or nearby towns
